Non-traditional uses of a parking lot

Our parking lot technologist, Geoffrey Garnier, discusses non-traditional uses of parking lots this month: from fashion shows to installing restaurants or pop-up stores, these different uses allow owners to monetize parking spaces unused but also to users to consider their car park as a service center.

These new uses exist in Europe and North America and have emerged in recent years to adapt to the economic situation and new forms of mobility: active mobility by bicycle or scooter, for example, or even car sharing, that is, having access to self-service cars. These new service centers are accessible, adaptable and sustainable.
